School Structure & DEVELOPMENT

Our vision (based around choice) and our strategic goals will remain in place up until the end of 2023.

These are:

 1) Our curriculum will still be organised around the 3 C’s (Communication, Collaboration, and Community). Developing subject leaders over this time period is vital.

2) We will expect our CPD to be based on research that enhances our teaching and learning practice.

 3) Every child is an appropriate reader against the reading radar (means of assessing the whole child as a reader) for each individual child.

Our overarching key objective is to ensure that all our children are ready for secondary school so they are on the path to having the best choices available to them as young adults.

We will expect our school values to be used and embedded in learning.

In order to realise our vision and support our strategy, our school is structured in the following way.
